Good news for home buyers! 



More homes are coming on the market. That paired with a lower amount of homes sold means that there is a greater selection of homes to choose from without worrying too much about competition.

Asking price has also dropped from March to last month in the detached housing market which means that if you’re hoping to buy in Kitsilano, now might be the right time for it. 
 
Sellers, there are more buyers shopping currently. With the right marketing and pricing, we will be able to sell your home quickly before more competition comes onto the market!
